Refund Policy – Al Emad Coffee LLC
Thank you for shopping at Al Emad Coffee LLC. We value your satisfaction, and if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
Returns
You have 2 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Cancellation Policy
General Orders:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours or before it has been dispatched.
- Orders that have been delivered cannot be canceled.
Coffee Orders:
- Cancellations or replacements are not accepted for coffee orders that have been ground.
- Refunds are only available if the coffee is defective.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment and may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be initiated, and you will be credited within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as there may be processing delays.
- Next, contact your bank for further assistance.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@alemadcoffee.com and send your item to: Al Emad Coffee, Bun Al Emad, Al Majaz South Park Street, Al Majaz 3, Sharjah – United Arab Emirates.
Shipping Fees
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
